By applying the right amount of external pressure to an extremity, it’s possible to maintain arterial inflow while excluding venous outflow distal to the occlusion site.

To verify your size, measure the circumference of the limb ABOVE the bicep or the leg at the top of the thigh and below the glutes.
- Small fits 8″ to 13″ limb
- Regular fits 14″ to 20″ limb
- Large fits 18″ to 32″ limb
- X-Large fits 24″ to 40″ limb
The Regular size strap is designed to fit individuals placed between the 5th and 95th percentile in upper limb circumference based on health census data published by the United States Government.
The Large size strap is designed to fit individuals placed between the 5th and 95th percentile in lower limb circumference based on health census data published by the United States Government.
